This past Sunday I was talking to his father in Park Hotel Tokyo’s lobby – where he works – to give him some feedback about his son. I told him I was impressed about his notable performance and achievements during that time and that in my opinion he was ready to take over the position in the hotel…
But Mr. Tometaro said that he has not the feeling that the moment to step over had arrived. More time gaining experience and facing good and not so good things all over the world should be positive to prepare his son for the difficult but rewarding task.
